For help using MyFinMaps, feedback and feature ideas, or anything else. Please never send passwords or full account numbers by email: we will never ask for them.
Your data and privacy
You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your profile. To make any other request about your personal data, such as access, correction or objection, submit a data request while signed in, or email support@myfinmaps.com.
We respond within one month, or sooner where your local law requires. Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect and your rights.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@myfinmaps.com with “Complaint” in the subject line and we will look into it.
If your complaint is about how we handle your personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or to the Data Protection Board of India if you live in India.
